Ingredients

200 g pumpkin

1 medium sized carrot

1 medium sized potato

Directions
Wash the vegetables
Cook the vegetables in the micro-waves, 15 minutes at 750 watts. Purée them with a hand masher or in a blender to achieve a silky smooth texture. Add a tablespoon of water if it looks too thick.
Pour into the Le Parfait Jars up to 2 cm from the rim and proceed immediately to the heat treatment, 45 minutes at 100°C.
Allow to cool then store in a cool dry place.

Tip: Before serving, heat the pumpkin purée, add a knob of butter and/or a teaspoon of sugar and/or a touch of milk!
Be sure to check the temperature by sampling with a spoon before giving it to your baby!
You can store these jars in your cupboard for several months. Don't forget to make labels with the contents and date!
