Ingredients

1.5 Cups (12 floz) Milk

1 Cup (240 mL) Cream

150 g (5 oz) Dark chocolate

160 g (5.6 oz) Milk chocolate

160 g (5.6 oz) Praline
Directions
Boil: Bring the milk and heavy cream to a boil in a saucepan.
Mix: Add the praline paste to the hot cream mixture and stir thoroughly until well combined.
Melt Chocolate: Pour the hot liquid over the chopped milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Let sit briefly, then whisk until smooth and completely melted.
Jar & Process: Fill four 8 fl oz (250 ml) canning jars with the melted chocolate mixture. Process in a boiling water bath at 212°F (100°C) for 1 hour 30 minutes.

These jars will keep for up to 2 months in the refrigerator, and you can easily replace one of the two chocolates with white chocolate.
