In a blender, combine the frozen berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using).
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
Pour the smoothie into 500ml Milk Bottles with a tight-fitting twist lid.
Seal the bottle and shake well to combine.
Keep the bottle refrigerated until ready to drink. Shake well before drinking.
