Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp orange zest

324ml Jam Jars
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the orange juice, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
Divide the batter evenly among four 324ml Jam Jars.
- Place the jars on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the jars cool for a few minutes before serving.
