Ingredients
3 eggs
175g flour
2 sachets of yeast
250g carrots
140g walnut kernels
200g sugar
30ml warm water
100ml oil
20g currants
Cinnamon, 4-spice mix, powdered ginger according to taste
A pinch of salt

Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, spices and currants.
Crush the walnuts and add to the bowl.
Wash, peel and grate the carrots. Add to the bowl and mix everything together.
Add the eggs, water and oil and stir together briskly.
Grease, flour and fill the terrines halfway.
Put the open terrines in the oven, making sure to remove the orange seal. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Replace the seal then carry out the heat treatment at 100°C for 1.5 hours.
